Who we are

Mihnaro is provided by Mihnaro LTD (“Mihnaro”, “we”).

Who these terms apply to

Companies subscribe to Mihnaro to manage their employees. If you use Mihnaro through your employer, you use it on your employer’s behalf and under its rules. A company’s own subscription with us also applies to that company.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details private, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.

Your employer decides who has an account and what each role may see and do.

Mihnaro is a workplace service, and it is not meant for anyone under 16.

Acceptable use

You may not break the law through Mihnaro, reach data you aren’t allowed to see, disturb the service, or work around its limits or security.

Your data

Your employer controls the employee data it keeps in Mihnaro, and we process it on your employer’s behalf. Our privacy policy at mihnaro.com/privacy explains what is collected, who can see it and how long it is kept.

Connecting an AI assistant

You can connect an AI assistant, such as ChatGPT, to your own account. You choose to connect it, on Mihnaro’s own sign-in page, and it works only within your role in the company you choose.

You can disconnect it at any time from My profile → Connected AI apps. Your company’s admins can also see and disconnect connections in the company.

What the connection returns goes to the assistant’s provider, under that provider’s own terms. We don’t control how the provider handles it.

AI answers can be wrong, so check anything important in Mihnaro itself.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we don’t promise it will never be interrupted.

We may change features. If these terms change, the date at the top changes.

Fees

Fees are set in each company’s subscription.

Ending use

Your employer can end your access. To ask for your account and data to be deleted, see mihnaro.com/account-deletion.
